Item is made from tough flexible urethane that is Matte Black in color and ready for prep and paint.
Can be used with the factory upper bumper pad or with the Xenon 5841BC.
The light opening surrounds are designed for the stock fog/driving lights to work as normal.
Will require that is prepped, primed and painted prior to installation.
All instructions are included along with installation hardware.
